Woodard & Curran’s 9-member Board of Directors guides the firm in three primary areas: financial management, strategic planning, and ownership transfer. It oversees four committees: Finance, Human Resources and Compensation, HR Governance, and Business and Market Leadership.

Membership is comprised of the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, the President, and four additional Internal Directors, plus three External Directors whose credentials further strengthen the Board’s knowledge and expertise.

Douglas McKeown, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board
Mr. McKeown has over 25 years of experience in management, sales, and marketing in environmental consulting and contract operations. Prior to his appointment as CEO, he was Senior Vice President and Manager for the Operations and Management Business Center, overseeing a business group of 200 employees, operating over 45 plants throughout the United States.

Guy Wm. Vaillancourt, PE, President
Mr. Vaillancourt’s 29-year career has focused on CERCLA, RCRA, and State-led hazardous waste investigations and remediation.  For more than a decade he has provided expert testimony on contaminant fate and transport and costs associated with remedial activities.

Brent Bridges, PE, Senior Vice President
Mr. Bridges has 28 years of experience in full-service consulting for municipal infrastructure development projects involving water, wastewater, solid waste, site development, permitting, and planning.

Eric Carlson, PE, CG, Senior Vice President
Mr. Carlson has 22 year of experience in projects involving engineering and hydrogeology, with a focus on the Food & Beverage industry.

Michael Curato, PE, Senior Vice President
Mr. Curato has over 30 years of experience in engineering design and project management of environmental management programs and facility design for industrial clients, municipalities, and sewer authorities.

Helen Gordon, PE, Senior Vice President
Ms. Gordon has 30 year of experience in the planning, design, and construction management of municipal water and wastewater projects.

William Huhn, Retired from Pfizer Inc.
Mr. Huhn was with Pfizer for 24 years in its legal division, serving as site counsel for Chemical Division and Central Research operations in Groton, Pfizer's single largest site. He was responsible for all legal issues at the site, principally environmental compliance, including air, water and hazardous waste.

William Marrazzo, President and Chief Executive Officer, WHYY, Philadelphia, PA
Mr. Marrazzo is President and CEO of WHYY, the prime public television and radio company serving greater Philadelphia, the state of Delaware, and southern New Jersey. From 1988 to 1997, he was President and CEO of Roy F. Weston, a $300-million, publicly traded, full-service environmental services corporation with 2,500 employees worldwide.

Mike Fisher, President and Founder of Quaere, Littleton, CO 
For over 35 years, Mr. Fisher has been involved in managing or consulting with professional service firms, including 30 years with CH2M HILL, where he was a key member of the management team that led the firm to become one of the world's largest multinational environmental service organizations with almost 7000 employees in over 15 countries.
