Douglas McKeown, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board
Mr. McKeown has 25 years of experience in management, sales, and marketing in environmental consulting and contract operations business. Prior to his appointment as CEO, he was Senior Vice President and Manager for the Operations and Management Business Center, overseeing a business group of 200 employees, operating over 45 plants throughout the United States.

Guy Wm. Vaillancourt, President
Mr. Vaillancourt's 26-year career has focused on CERCLA, RCRA, and State-led hazardous waste investigations and remediation.  He has provided expert testimony on contaminant fate and transport and costs associated with remedial activities for more than a decade.

Thomas Francoeur, Consulting Business Center Manager
Mr. Francoeur serves as manager of the firm’s consulting business, responsible for the internal management of our Corrective Action and Real Estate, Civil and Environmental Engineering, Environmental Management Consulting, and Industrial Engineering business groups. He has 20 years of experience in environmental consulting.

Steven Niro, Operations & Management Business Center Manager
Mr. Niro has over 27 years of experience providing technical assistance in the areas of water chemistry, biology, and sludge disposal. He has a national reputation as a technical specialist in water, groundwater remediation, and wastewater and is a certified water treatment facility operator.

Judy Knaub, Chief Financial Officer
Ms. Knaub handles all of the firm’s financial matters. Both a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Management Accountant, she has 25 years of accounting experience, including four years as a financial auditor and tax supervisor at Arthur Young & Co. and seven years as an accounting instructor.

Susan Dubuque, Director of Human Relations
Ms. Dubuque oversees the firm’s HR strategic initiatives, including training and development, recruitment, performance management, compensation, and benefits. She has over 20 years of experience.

Bruce Nicholson, Esq., Director of Risk Management
Mr. Nicholson is responsible for oversight of the firm’s proposal and project risk assessments and contract reviews. An environmental attorney with 15 years of experience, he also serves as corporate counsel. 

Althea Masterson, Corporate Communications Manager
Ms. Masterson manages external and internal communications programs reaching employees, clients, stockholders, regulators, communities local to our offices, and the public at large. She has over 25 years of experience.

Maria Morrissette, Director of Information Services
Ms. Morrissette is responsible for developing, planning, budgeting, and directing the company’s Information Technology strategy, and coordinating the Management Information Systems department’s operations. She has 13 years of experience in the information technology field.
