Portland, Maine — Woodard & Curran is pleased to announce that the following individuals have been named vice presidents of the firm:
Kelley Begin, PE is a Project Manager with 17 years of experience supporting a variety of clients in the manufacturing, commercial, industrial, health care, and higher education sectors with air pollution control and environmental sustainability projects. This experience has included the full range of air quality work, including air permitting, permit negotiation, dispersion modeling analyses, environmental audits, sustainability audits, greenhouse gas emission inventories, and carbon footprinting.
Rebecca Corbin, CHMM is a Project Manager with over 14 years of experience in environmental compliance. She has led and conducted dozens of multi-media environmental compliance audits for municipalities, industrial facilities, colleges, universities, and hospitals. She specializes in writing a range of plans including Integrated Contingency Plans, Oil SPCC Plans, and Stormwater Pollution Prevention/Management Plans, and provides training on a variety of related topics. Corbin also helps clients with environmental reporting and permitting for issues, and provides ongoing compliance support for a number of clients.
Shannon Daigle, PE is Woodard & Curran’s local delivery manager and technical leader for Corrective Action services in the firm’s Providence office. He has 15 years of remediation, environmental and civil engineering, and construction management experience for public and private clients. His project experience includes the investigation and remediation ranging from leaking underground storage tanks to industrial facilities and Superfund sites.
Tedd Gifford, PE is Service Line Manager for Woodard & Curran’s electrical instrumentation and controls services. His career has spanned 30 years, and he has experience in all phases of electrical engineering for the design of commercial, industrial, and utility-owned facilities. This includes electrical, instrumentation and controls design engineering, project management, supervisory, senior management, and financial oversight.
