Woodard & Curran is offering a seminar on Rhode Island and federal hazardous waste management rules. The day-long class takes place on October 30, 2012 at the Amtrol Center for Education in West Warwick, RI.

This class is designed both for those new to hazardous materials management and for those with experience by needing their annual refresher training. It covers a range of topics, including waste characterization, hazardous and universal waste management standards, emergency response planning, waste shipping, recordkeeping, and more.

The seminar has been pre-qualified for the following continuing education credits: Institute of Hazardous Materials Management (8 Certification Maintenance Points) and American Board of Industrial Hygiene (8 hours can be claimed for CM credit).
