Paul Dombrowski, P.E., BCEE has been named a Senior Vice President of Woodard & Curran. Mr. Dombrowski is a wastewater treatment expert and leads the firm’s recently opened Windsor Locks, CT office.

Mr. Dombrowski’s creativity and experience are widely recognized in the wastewater industry. He has received major regional and national awards from his peers for his work helping municipal and industrial clients implement effective, cost-efficient wastewater treatment technologies. An example of Mr. Dombrowski’s approach is illustrated by his development of a treatment plant operating protocol that has been implemented at more than 20 facilities in the Northeast to improve performance and capacity without costly capital improvements.

Mr. Dombrowski is well recognized for his practical treatment process expertise and has contributed to the most widely used Manuals of Practice published by the Water Environment Federation and the New England Interstate Water Pollution Control Comission.

Woodard & Curran’s Windsor Locks office was opened earlier this summer, and allow the firm to better serve clients in the northern Connecticut and Western Massachusetts. The firm works with more than 90 clients in Connecticut and more than 500 across the country and the globe.
