Today, the people of Haiti endure some of the worst health conditions in the world. Woodard & Curran's Hugh Tozer, PE, is bringing his expertise in water, wastewater, and stormwater engineering to Konbit Sante, a volunteer partnership working to save lives and improve public health care in northern Haiti. Hugh is contributing to bringing critically needed infrastructure improvements to a hospital and clinic, including clean water, sanitation, and improved electrical systems.
