Mr. Bailey is a senior ecologist and professional wetland scientist with significant experience in stream and wetland delineation, Section 404/401 permitting, Section 10 permitting, NEPA document preparation, mitigation planning, stream restoration, threatened and endangered species studies and regulatory coordination, state and local stream buffer identification and permitting, stormwater management, erosion and sedimentation control, zoological/wildlife studies, watershed studies, and GIS/GPS.

In his 17-year career, Mr. Barbagallo has served both public and private sector clients with a wide range of environmental projects. He has led and directed projects focused on the design and construction of municipal facilities; site investigations and characterization; stormwater management; water supply and treatment; wastewater collection and disposal; and solid waste transfer stations and landfill design, evaluation and closure.

Mr. Benevides has over 25 years of experience in hazardous and solid waste assessment and remediation, site-civil development and design, and regulatory compliance for municipal, industrial, and commercial clients. He has been involved in site assessment and remediation for facilities regulated by regulatory programs in New England and has managed RCRA/Superfund sites and projects under Federal Brownfields programs.
