Mr. Alberi has 35 years of experience working on a wide variety of civil, water and wastewater, and hazardous waste projects for clients in the public and private sectors. He is an expert in industrial waste issues including waste minimization and treatment plant design and operations, specializing in the application of new and developing technologies and innovative approaches to save money and time, and result in operator friendly, reliable systems.

Mr. Almquist has 30 years of experience working on multidisciplinary projects. His expertise ranges from research and development investigations to managing assignments for industrial, municipal, and development clients.  His most recent experience has focused on serving as principal-in-charge of land development and commercial/industrial permitting projects.

In his 17-year career, Mr. Barbagallo has served both public and private sector clients with a wide range of environmental projects. He has led and directed projects focused on the design and construction of municipal facilities; site investigations and characterization; stormwater management; water supply and treatment; wastewater collection and disposal; and solid waste transfer stations and landfill design, evaluation and closure.

Mr. Benevides has over 25 years of experience in hazardous and solid waste assessment and remediation, site-civil development and design, and regulatory compliance for municipal, industrial, and commercial clients. He has been involved in site assessment and remediation for facilities regulated by regulatory programs in New England and has managed RCRA/Superfund sites and projects under Federal Brownfields programs.
