Adam founded Woodard & Curran’s Compliance Services line in 1997. Educated as an environmental lawyer and scientist, he has counseled a wide range of clients on complex EHS compliance, enforcement, and transaction related issues since 1990. Adam has earned a national reputation for executing large multi-media and media-specific EHS compliance audits and EMS conformance assessments and helping clients develop and implement facility, corporate, and global EHS programs and management systems, including short- and long-term EHS Department staffing. He has directed numerous large, complex, transaction related due-diligence projects.
“My previous experience at large environmental law firms adds a unique perspective to our team’s highly skilled scientists, engineers, and regulatory specialists. This differentiator helps our clients navigate through complex environmental laws cost-effectively, with minimal disruptions, and maximum operational flexibility. To be able to practice at Woodard & Curran — where I have the freedom to succeed professionally while pursuing many outside interests — is a privilege I relish.”
