Woodard & Curran Names 21 New Associate Principals

Woodard & Curran is pleased to announce that the following individuals have been named Associates of the firm.

Stephen Bailey, PWS, is a Senior Ecologist in the Atlanta, GA office. He has 11 years of experience in stream and wetland delineation, as well as associated mapping, permitting and reporting for a variety of clients.

Kristy Bishop, PE, is a Project Manager in the Portland, ME office. She specializes in assessing the impacts of energy consumption and generation, air emissions, and GHG emissions with a focus on environmental impacts.

Scott Bradshaw, PE, is a Senior Project Engineer providing civil and environmental engineering in the Bozeman, MT office. His experience includes consulting services for industrial, storm drain, and sanitary sewer design.

Glenn Burden is an Area Manager based in Florida with over 25 years of experience in the management, operation, and maintenance of wastewater treatment and reclaimed water distribution facilities.

Dale Clark, Plant Manager at the Anson-Madison Sewer District in Maine, has more than 20 years of experience in the wastewater industry. His expertise includes laboratory testing, maintenance, and environmental compliance.

Ned Dubois is a Senior Civil Designer, providing water, wastewater, and site design, as well as graphic support for permitting and application requirements, from the firm’s Bangor, ME office.

Diane Dudkiewicz is a Human Resources Manager in the Portland, ME office. She works on all levels of employee relations and has experience in talent acquisition, career coaching, and leadership development.

Ross Elliott is a Senior Graphic Design Specialist responsible for managing the graphic design team and its projects. He oversees photography, videography, and presentation creation from the Portland, ME office.

Zack Graham, of the Bozeman, MT office, is a Project Engineer with 16 years of experience in the design and oversight of civil, land development, and environmental oil and gas projects throughout the U.S. and Central America.

Rowena Holden, SHRM—SPC, SPHR, is a Human Resources Manager with 14 years of experience in performance and talent management, full-cycle recruiting, and Human Capital Management processes.

Andy Jackson is a Project Manager overseeing the operations of all public works functions for the City of Monmouth, IL, including wastewater treatment, capital improvement management, and utility billing and collection.

Chris Kuzmkowski, PE, is a Project Manager working as an engineering designer and O&M consultant for a wide range of civil, environmental science, and geotechnical engineering projects from the firm’s Pittsburgh, PA office.

Julian Marks is Senior Content Marketing Specialist in the Portland, ME office. He coordinates the firm’s content marketing program, provides technical writing for client deliverables, and provides public relations support.

Kris McAlpine is a Project Technical Specialist who has worked on projects including transformer replacement, pump station improvements, and electrical systems design from the firm’s Bangor, ME office.

Marcus Rubenstein, CPESC, is a Project Manager specializing in the regulatory aspects of the U.S. Clean Water Act. He is an ecologist and a certified wildlife biologist based in the Atlanta, GA office.

Karen Townsend, PE, is a Technical Manager in the Portland, ME office providing civil and environmental engineering and compliance services. She is the Compliance Service Line’s Technical Leader for Oil SPCC Plan writing and compliance practice.

Jack Troidl, PE, is a Project Manager in the Dedham, MA office. He works on a variety of civil and environmental engineering projects including wastewater collection, pretreatment, water distribution, and stormwater system design.

Andy Walker is Facilities Manager based in the firm’s Portland, ME office. He is responsible for managing daily operations, repair, and maintenance across all office facilities, as well as space and infrastructure coordination.

Paula White is a Plant Manager at the Delta Air Lines Waste Water Treatment Plant in Atlanta, GA with more than 12 years of experience in operations and management of industrial and municipal wastewater treatment.

Jarrod Yoder, PG, LSP, is a Project Manager with consulting and management experience in strategic planning, assessment, and remediation for oil and hazardous materials in the firm’s Andover, MA office.
