Woodard & Curran Names Six New Principals

Woodard & Curran is pleased to announce that the following individuals have been named Principals of the firm.

John Brockington, CPE, LEED AP BD+C is the Design-Build Service Line Leader in the Portland, ME office. He has more than 30 years of experience providing preconstruction and construction services for industrial and commercial projects. He specializes in value engineering, life-cycle cost analysis, project budget control, and proposal analysis services for municipalities, industrial clients, and colleges and universities.

Andy Fitzpatrick, PE, is the firm’s Electrical Service Line Leader. His experience includes control system engineering, SCADA system programming, power engineering, photovoltaic systems, and system startups. He has over 10 years of experience in manufacturing and consulting, and supports internal and external clients from the Bangor, ME office.

Brian McGrath, CHMM, is a Project Manager in the firm’s Dedham, MA office. A regulatory specialist and environmental scientist, his expertise includes hazardous waste management, development and implementation of environmental management systems, multi-media environmental compliance auditing, and facility permitting and planning. He has served as the sole Compliance representative on a variety of projects across the company.

Mark Pietrucha, PE, LSRP, is a Project Manager with 20 years of experience in environmental and civil engineering consulting. He has designed and provided field oversight of site investigations and remedial actions, and has managed underground storage-tank compliance projects from the East Windsor, NJ office. His experience includes the design of roadway construction projects, and management of municipal construction projects.

Brian Pile, Regional Operations Manager in the firm’s Casper, WY office has 16 years of experience working on engineering and construction-related projects. Most recently he has focused on uranium in-situ recovery mining, facility design, and facility construction. He has also worked on projects in automation design as well as programming and implementation of DCS, PLC, and SCADA systems.

Clay Price, PE, is a Project Manager at the BP Casper Refinery in Casper, WY. His position involves maintaining the refinery’s groundwater recovery system, water treatment system, air sparge system, and other remediation system components. He is responsible for site upgrades including pond sediment cleaning, electrical and controls upgrades, and pumping upgrades, as well as the site’s permit and remediation monitoring.
