As the President of Consulting, Joe implements efficient business systems that support client service, and maintain the highest level of technical quality.

Joe has more than 30 years of experience serving public and private clients on a wide range of civil, geotechnical, and environmental engineering projects. He joined Woodard & Curran in 2005, stepping into the role of Civil Engineering Service Line Leader in 2007, then Municipal & Institutional Business Leader in 2014, before becoming President of Consulting in 2021.

He has managed and directed resources, established standards of work, and ensured quality of deliverables for projects involving site engineering, stormwater design and permitting, infrastructure assessment and design, geotechnical engineering, municipal engineering, athletic facilities, solid waste facilities, and building systems. Joe’s broad expertise includes stormwater management and NPDES compliance, water supply and treatment, wastewater collection and disposal, and solid waste transfer stations and landfill design, evaluation, and closure.
