Matt is an American Meteorological Society Certified Consulting Meteorologist (CCM), certified by the Global Association of Risk Professionals for Sustainability and Climate Risk assessment (SCR) who has over 20 years of experience in environmental services and atmospheric science consulting. He has served as a technical lead and subject matter expert on myriad atmospheric science and air quality projects, emissions modeling, risk assessment modeling, and GHG impact assessments. He has developed novel approaches for dispersion modeling, deposition flux modeling, climate model downscaling, climate risk assessment, and flood resiliency for use in infrastructure planning and climate adaptation plans.
