In addition to our experts in scheduling, estimating, logistics, subcontracting, and construction, we have extensive engineering resources and expertise, in-depth regulatory understanding, and best-in-class project management tools that make us uniquely qualified to perform even the most complicated projects.

While we are deeply invested in a collaborative design and construction process that maximizes the value of the project, our highest priority is getting our clients, colleagues, and contractor partners home safely at the end of the day.

We deliver design-build projects as the prime design-build entity, in a joint venture with a trusted design-build partner, or as a design subconsultant to a trusted design-build contractor.

WHY DESIGN-BUILD?

Woodard & Curran’s O&M Group provides in-house expertise that allows us to more cost-effectively execute the startup and commissioning of our design-build projects.
