The IIJA was much heralded on its passage in November 2021. The potential flow of project funding is still regarded as a substantial opportunity in transportation, water/wastewater, electricity grid modernization, electric vehicle infrastructure, remediation, and other project areas. So what is the holdup? And what are some examples of programs or agencies that are ahead of the game?
