Joe Barbagallo, PE, was recently appointed to Chair the American Council of Engineering Companies’ Water, Energy & Environment Committee. As the President of Consulting, Joe leads Woodard & Curran’s consulting practices and works to deploy long range company strategy, evolve consulting to meet the changing marketplace and client needs, implement efficient business systems, strengthen client service, and maintain the highest level of technical quality in our work.
ACEC’s Water, Energy & Environment Committee works to develop industry-wide consensus and leadership positions on a wide range of issues important to engineering firms operating in energy, water, and other environmental markets. The committee supports legislative and regulatory advocacy and membership programming and communication.

Joe has more than 30 years of experience serving public and private clients on a wide range of civil, geotechnical, and environmental engineering projects. He engages directly with clients, works with internal teams, and sets strategy to enhance Woodard & Curran’s national presence.
