Jeff leads a team of market-focused experts across Woodard & Curran’s Water and Environment businesses, working to identify clients’ most pressing challenges and bring together the right experts to solve them.
With a background in civil engineering and years of experience in a variety of management roles with the firm, Jeff focuses on creating high-performing teams through recruiting, training, and staff development. He has experience in large scale municipal infrastructure projects including master planning, design, public bidding, construction administration, startup, operation and maintenance. Throughout his career, Jeff has worked to find creative engineering and funding solutions for large and small municipalities across the country.
My goal is to hire the best people, give them the resources they need, support them with effective processes, and create connections across our teams. If I succeed in this, there’s no limit to what we can achieve in partnership with our clients.
