Business Development Leader / Operations & Management
Jay has decades of environmental engineering experience supporting municipal and institutional clients on projects in nearly every environmental service area—water, wastewater, civil engineering, and remediation, among others. His range of expertise gives him the insight needed to lead complex multi-disciplinary and fast-track projects. As the Business Development Leader for Woodard & Curran’s Municipal business, Jay works with clients to identify the best approach and team to address their environmental and infrastructure needs.
What I enjoy most about my job is problem-solving and accomplishing goals. It always starts with listening closely to our clients’ needs and challenges and then quickly moves to activating the team to find a solution. It’s most rewarding when we not only solve the original challenge, but our solution positively affects other stakeholders, the community, and the environment.
