Woodard & Curran is proud to announce the appointment of Mike Kirchner as the company’s new Chief Operating Officer (COO), following a comprehensive national search. As COO, Mike will partner closely with the leadership team to strengthen operational performance, support the company’s growth strategy, and improve consistency of execution across the organization.
Mike brings more than three decades of executive leadership experience, with a proven track record of building high-performing organizations, improving business performance, integrating complex teams, and creating scalable operating models. Most recently, he served as Executive Vice President of Strategy and Business Operations at FORGEN, where he led enterprise-wide operational functions and strategic initiatives, and has held senior executive leadership roles at H.W. Lochner, Jacobs, and CH2M.
Throughout the selection process, he distinguished himself through his practical approach to strategy, deep operational expertise, commitment to people-centered leadership, and ability to translate vision into execution.
