Our specialty is developing accessible and user-friendly interfaces that allow multiple stakeholders to share and interact with data and information. Through our work in support of programs like California’s Integrated Regional Water Management and Sustainable Groundwater Management programs, we have collaborated with hundreds of agencies from the local to the state level to create tailored data and information management strategies and tools like our Opti Suite of solutions.

We can no longer rely on historical supply and demand trends to forecast the future—things are changing too fast. Woodard & Curran has developed methods and tools that accommodate a variety of sources of uncertainty in forecasting, mitigating, and adapting to future conditions. Future sustainability of resources is baked into all aspects of our practice, from developing climate-change-impacted hydrologic scenarios and assessing infrastructure resilience, to creating operational and policy strategies, supply projects, and demand management programs that can adapt to these conditions.
